PURCHASING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PRODUCTS

All pre-order prints and products will be wrapped with bubble wrap protection, and inserted safely into the packaging (cardboard packaging and/or shipping tube) to ensure safe delivery and to avoid any puncturing/damaged during transit.

Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.

Please contact us at info@nickyurban.com within 24 hours of delivery should you have any concerns about the quality of the item you have received.

Our courier service is experienced in handling delivery of fragile products, and in the unlikely event that your print is damaged during transit then we will reprint and resend at our cost. Strictly no refund is allowed upon purchase of our pre-order items and products.
